Members of the Eastern Africa Association of Anti-corruption Authorities (EAAACA) are gathering here in Addis Ababa for their 15th annual general assembly.
Being held under the theme: “Coordination, collaboration and corporation in asset recovery and the fight against corruption,” the Assembly is expected to hammer out issues related to stepping up the fight against corruption and putting in place mechanism in the return of assets to the rightful owner.
Also in the menu are working collaboratively with member countries as well as advocating and implementation of anti-corruption UN & AU laws and protocols.
Discussions will also be held to put in place a roadmap on how to tackle challenges in the fight against corruption.//
