The Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Philip Isdory Mpango, and the Vice President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mossa E.B. Elkony, have arrived in Addis Ababa for the 2nd Africa Climate Summit.

Upon their arrival at Bole International Airport, the two dignitaries were welcomed by Minister of Justice Hanna Araya Selassie and State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Berhanu Tsegaye.

Also, 

Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has arrived in Addis Ababa to participate in the 2nd Africa Climate Summit.

Upon his arrival at Bole International Airport, the President was welcomed by Minister of Revenues, Aynalem Nigussie.
