At the 'Digital for Excellence' summit today, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed officially inaugurated the Unified MESOB Application, marking the launch of Africa’s first unified digital service platform that integrates offerings from various institutions into a single interface.

Describing this milestone as a source of immense national pride, the Prime Minister emphasized that it serves as a testament to the impact of deliberate, focused investment in technology. He highlighted the MESOB one-stop service as a critical component of economic infrastructure, noting its role in saving citizens' time, closing corruption gaps, and strengthening institutional integrity within the government.

"Above all, it stands as a clear demonstration that Ethiopia's ambitions are not wishes; they are realities we build with our own hands and our own capacity," prime minister Abiy Ahmed stated. He concluded with a call to action, urging the nation to consolidate this achievement, share the experience with fellow African nations, and move forward with the determination to deliver even greater results.
