Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has made new leadership appointments across several federal institutions within the Medemer administration.

At Ethiopian Investment Holdings, Dr. Zeleke Temesgen and Jafar Bederu have been named Deputy Chief Executive Officers.

The Ethiopian Investment Commission sees new leadership with Hanna Tehlku appointed as Commissioner. She will be supported by Melekit Sahlu and Dr. Baisa Bedada, who both step into roles as Deputy Commissioners.

Dagmawit Shiferaw takes over as Director General of the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority, with Dr. Yirgalem Assefa appointed as Deputy Director General.

Former Ambassador Fitsum Arega has been appointed Director General of the Immigration and Citizenship Service, with Yitagesu Desalegn serving as Deputy Director General.

Ambassador Lencho Bati assumes the role of Director General of the Ethiopian Diaspora Service.

Mohammed Rafi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the African Leadership Excellence Academy.
