The Ethiopian Aviation University is focused on building the next generation of professionals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
In collaboration with the Boeing Think Tank, the university recently celebrated the graduation of a new group of students. These trainees were 11th-grade students selected by the Ministry of Education from 28 different high schools. Notably, half of the graduates were female.
This program, now in its third consecutive year, is designed to give students a strong foundation, helping them to achieve greater success in science and technology fields. The university has already successfully trained and graduated over 50 high school students in two previous rounds.
