Key objectives of the new strategy include:

Sustainable Funding: Establishing a more reliable financial foundation for the education sector.

Transparency & Accountability: Ensuring that financial resources are used efficiently and responsibly to improve educational outcomes.

Infrastructure & Standards: Upgrading school facilities nationwide to ensure all citizens have equitable access to high-quality learning environments.

Continued Progress: Building on the existing success of the "Education for the Generation" movement, which has already seen significant growth in school infrastructure development.

Overall, the strategy represents a major step toward modernizing Ethiopia's education sector by emphasizing measurable results and transparent resource management, reported FBC.
