He noted that progress in cities like Arba Minch, Jimma, Bahir Dar, and Dire Dawa demonstrates that viable alternatives to Addis Ababa are expanding. He called on citizens to develop the country's diverse and beautiful locations to create places for future generations to rest, earn money, and reflect.
