Millennium Hall, a prominent landmark also known as Addis Park Development and Management, is slated for a comprehensive redevelopment beginning in December 2025. This ambitious project aims to transform the venue, incorporating advanced technology and modernizing its facilities.

Hunachew Taye, Director of Communications and Promotion at MIDROC Investment Group, confirmed the plans, stating that the redevelopment is crucial for enhancing the area's landscape and integrating cutting-edge global technology to improve the hall's functionality.

The project is also expected to be a significant job creator, with the director highlighting that both the construction phase and the completed venue will generate numerous employment opportunities.

Upon its redevelopment, Addis Park Development and Management will retain its existing services while expanding its offerings to include additional technologies and a variety of new retail shops. This revitalization aims to provide diverse services and establish Millennium Hall as a state-of-the-art facility for years to come.
