Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Hosts Kenyan President William Ruto for Bilateral Talks

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) has held a productive meeting with Republic of Kenya President William Ruto in Addis Ababa on Sunday. The two leaders engaged in discussions centered on strengthening bilateral ties and addressing regional issues of mutual concern.

Prime Minister Abiy announced the meeting via his social media platform, stating that he welcomed President Ruto to Ethiopia for a bilateral discussion.The meeting took place ahead of the Second United Nations Food Systems Summit, an event co-hosted by Ethiopia.

"Our discussion focused on our bilateral relations and regional issues of common interest," Prime Minister Abiy elaborated in his post, underscoring the collaborative spirit and shared agenda between Ethiopia and Kenya.

The talks are expected to further solidify the strategic partnership between the two East African nations, crucial for regional stability and economic development.
