Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Ph.D.) presided over the Seventh Loyal Taxpayers Recognition Ceremony yesterday, where he delivered a powerful address on his administration's commitment to overcoming challenges.
In his remarks, the prime minister described the Medemer (Synergy) government as one "not confined by problems, but one that overcomes them with solutions."
PM Abiy stressed that his administration is a government that "leads by example, with a firm commitment to diligence." He explained that the Medemer government’s defining characteristic is to persist by "finding solutions rather than surrendering to problems, even when they arise."
He then delivered a clear message on his focus, stating, "Shouting won't stop us, and praise won't distract us."
The Prime Minister concluded by asserting, "We are striving to be a government that starts and finishes, plans and executes, speaks and implements, and lives up to its word."
