Ethiopia is currently showcasing its world-renowned coffee at the international “Taqahwa” Coffee Exhibition in Doha, Qatar. The event, which began on November 6, 2025, at the Galleria Al Hazm Mall, serves as a critical platform for Ethiopian coffee producers and exporters to connect directly with global buyers.

The exhibition, running until November 25, has drawn participation from several Ethiopian coffee exporters alongside more than 100 international suppliers, exporters, and coffee equipment manufacturers.

Ethiopian Ambassador Feisel Aliyi emphasized the significance of the event, stating that such platforms create valuable opportunities to strengthen direct market linkages and enhance collaboration across the coffee value chain. He further noted that Ethiopia's active presence is key to expanding the country’s coffee export potential and boosting its competitiveness in the global market.
