Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held high-level talks this afternoon with the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC) to align strategies for the upcoming COP-32 summit.
The Prime Minister emphasized a shared vision for a "truly African COP," highlighting the importance of regional unity in climate advocacy.
Following the meeting, PM Abiy expressed confidence in the AUC's partnership, noting that under the leadership of Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, the Commission is fully committed to ensuring the event’s success.
