Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held a phone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron earlier today to exchange New Year greetings.
During the call, the two leaders discussed the ongoing strengthening of ties and explored existing and future areas of bilateral cooperation. They further agreed to maintain communication regarding regional and global issues of mutual interest.
