PM Abiy hosted Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Kenyan President William Ruto for talks on peace in the Horn of Africa. This ambitious roadmap targets 5G expansion to 100 towns, a nationwide scale-up of digital payments, and the development of a robust artificial intelligence ecosystem, all underpinned by the "Medemer State" vision of citizen-focused governance.

PM Abiy underscored that universal electricity and internet connectivity remain the essential pillars for this inclusive growth. The month concluded with a call for national solidarity at the 20th Nations and Nationalities Day in Hoseana, where the Prime Minister likened Ethiopia’s diverse population to an "unbreakable rope" woven from many threads, announcing Jimma as the host for next year’s celebrations.
