Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has called for a fundamental "culture shift" in Ethiopia’s national service delivery, emphasizing technology as a primary catalyst for reform.

Highlighting technology as one of the nation’s five key development pillars, the Prime Minister noted that the government has fully embraced digital integration to enhance both efficiency and public accessibility. 

The Prime Minister pointed to the success of the MESOB services as a benchmark for the "one-stop center" approach. Following the positive impact of these integrated services, the government has officially launched the MESOB mobile service, marking a significant step in the model's expansion.

"We will continue to expand these integrated services to ensure more efficient use of time and to deliver meaningful time savings for our citizens," Prime Minister Abiy stated, reaffirming the government's commitment to modernizing the service sector.
