The government of France has extended its formal congratulations to Ethiopia following the official announcement of the 7th general election results by the National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE).

In its message, the French government praised the newly elected members of parliament, Ethiopian officials, and all stakeholders involved, including political parties and civic organizations, for the successful execution of the electoral process. 

According to information released by the French Embassy, the French government placed particular emphasis on the Ethiopian public, commending the people of Ethiopia for their pivotal role in ensuring the election was conducted successfully.
