Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed(PhD) has praised the ongoing development in Arba Minch, describing the city as a flourishing hub for national progress.

In a statement released today following a visit to the Kuriftu Resort and Spa, Prime Minister Abiy highlighted the resort's expansive 52,000-square-meter development. The major project, which features 53 luxury villas, is expected to create permanent employment for more than 300 citizens.

"Investments like this clearly demonstrate the significant contribution the private sector can make by building upon the infrastructure established by the Medemer government," the Prime Minister stated.

Concluding his remarks, PM Abiy issued a direct appeal to the global and local business communities, calling on both domestic and international investors to actively engage in Ethiopia's growing economy. He emphasized that major projects like the Kuriftu Resort will serve to elevate the nation's tourism potential to a new level.
