Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) announced the official inauguration of the Arba Minch Conference Resort today, marking a significant achievement under the nation's "Dine for Generation" initiative.

The newly opened resort features state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a conference hall capable of hosting over 1,300 attendees and a unique floating restaurant situated on the lake. According to the Prime Minister, the development will strengthen the vision of establishing Ethiopia as a hub for international forums by expanding conference tourism beyond the capital city, while also generating vast employment opportunities for local residents.

In his address, Prime Minister Abiy extended an open invitation to domestic and global visitors, calling upon citizens, the diaspora, and the international community to visit and experience the new resort and to take part in this new chapter of Ethiopia's tourism and conference sector.
