Ethiopia has secured a bronze medal at the 20th World Athletics Championships in the women's 10,000-meter race.

Gudaf Tsegay finished third, earning the medal for her country. Kenya's Beatrice Chebet took first place, while Italy's Nadia Battocletti finished second.

Other Ethiopian athletes in the race also completed their performances: Ejgayehu Taye placed fifth, Fotyen Tesfay finished seventh, and Tsige Gebreselama came in 22nd.
