Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates have agreed to significantly expand their strategic partnership following high-level diplomatic talks focused on economic integration and regional security.
Dr. Jemal Beker, Ethiopia’s Ambassador to the UAE, met with Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, to review a bilateral relationship that has grown increasingly robust in recent years. The two officials explored new avenues to cement cooperation across trade, investment, renewable energy, and technology, emphasizing a shift from political goodwill toward concrete economic outcomes.
