The Prosperity Party has concluded a four-day training for high-level federal officials, with a strong message that building and strengthening institutions is crucial for protecting Ethiopia's national interests.

The training, held under the theme, “A journey to a land of dreams; achieving reliable work through exceptional diligence.," saw Party Vice President and Office Head, Adam Farah, underscore the need for institutional excellence. He urged leaders to work with a sense of ownership to address issues of good governance by building inclusive institutions and accelerating civil reforms.

Adam also stressed that leaders must uphold the values of the Prosperity Party, fulfill their promises to the public, and fight against divisive agendas. He called on officials to address internal problems within their respective institutions and to lead by example.
